UK Delivery: Standard delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail.
How do you package your products?
We only use recycled FSC approved packaging to fulfill our mailing orders and are seeking sustainable alternatives to our limited use of plastic (we only use polybags to protect mounted prints, greetings cards and gift wrap). Most Gift Boxes will be mailed using a C3 wrap mailer which is suitable for most letter boxes.
I placed an order but it hasn’t arrived.
You’ll receive an email when we dispatch your order. Royal Mail Second Class typically takes 2 to 3 days, but delays in the delivery service do occasionally take place. Although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch.
Please allow up to 48 hours, following the next working day, for us to design and make your personalised order, before posting.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! All our books, prints, gift boxes and greetings cards are available on a wholesale basis. If you have a shop and are interested in stocking our products please contact:
Martin Thomas at email@example.com.
Can I place a bespoke order?
Eventually... Yes! Following our launch phase we'd be very happy to consider creating bespoke designs for prints in frames and mounts.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be generic (i.e. not personalised or bespoke, unless damaged at the point of receipt or supplied with errors caused by our negligence), unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please contact us first before returning your item(s) at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss a possible refund or exchange.

Our People ~ our Products ~ our Planet
We value the gift of telling of stories, the creation of quality products, and the time taken to make memories that will last a lifetime... for you, your children, family and friends.
We also value people, our community, and the different places we source the materials that help create the Little Elephants range - taking care of each other and the environment as much as we can.
So we value and uphold professional standards regarding the source, quality and type of materials used in our products and packaging, as well as the people who are involved in the production process, mainly in the UK but sometimes also overseas.
We are full members of the following organisations and to maintain trust and transparency we have listed all materials involved in the creation of Little Elephants products.
1. Picture Books: printed in Wales by Zenith, in partnership with Wacky Bee Books, on FSC certified paper.
Packaging: We only use recycled FSC approved packaging to fulfill our mailing orders and are seeking sustainable alternatives to our limited use of plastic (we only use polybags to protect mounted prints, greetings cards and gift wrap).
